The soaks hit the spot my nervous system has been searching for. The sad smashing is my go to support during my period and the panic is perfect the week before my period. These soaks also make a difference for my hubby and daughter’s anxiety. Their anxiety doesn’t trigger the others anxiety when these soaks are used. This wife and momma couldn’t recommend this product enough.
