This works!
The bath soaks really work for me. I notice the positive improvement in my mood, stress level, and reduced anxiety. I also love the one for improved sleep. The product does not leave any color or rings in the tub and dissolve well. These were gifted to me for my birthday, and I have requested more for Mother's Day! I will be gifting these as well.
