Based on all the ads, I expected to feel de-stressed whilst soaking. I did not find the soak itself any more relaxing than a regular bath, but the key was how it helped me sleep! I slept solid all night (I usually wake up) without the use of any sleep meds. The effects only lasted 2 days for me, so it's too expensive for me to do every 2-3 days, but a nice boost when I need extra calm in my life.
